Learning experiences:

My Story

Working with people and supporting them to develop further has always been an important part of what I do - my start in the social segment led me in the direction of adult education & consultation.

During the family phase (we have three great boys who are now adults), I founded a medium-sized company in the chemical industry with my husband.


At the same time, I already worked as a freelance Executive Coach.

I enjoyed this so much, that I felt the desire to dive deeper into the world of my customers. Versatility and a thirst for adventure drove me to gain my own leadership experiences in business.


A very challenging phase of my life offered me the opportunity to start a career as a manager: I spent five years in the construction industry, initially as an HR manager, then as Head of Human Resources until I was appointed to the Executive Board as COO.

Another five years in the IT industry, as a member of the management board, broadened my professional horizon towards agile thinking & acting.

Through these (leadership) experiences, I learned that I want to help develop not only people and teams, but also organizations.


With my commitment as a Coach, Supervisor & Trainer, I would like to inspire, enable and motivate people to try new things, to achieve goals and to constantly develop themselves and their organization further.
